England Netball have announced that 10 players have signed full-term contracts ahead of this summer’s international matches.

Sasha Corbin, Hannah Joseph and Ella Clark are among the players who signed full-time agreements and have entered the summer training camp at Loughborough University.

England netball will continue to hold talks with Geva Mentor, Jade Clarke, Joanne Harten, and Serena Guthrie, who are currently taking part in the 2016 ANZ Championships.

Jess Shaw, Rebekah Airey, Summer Artman, Beth Cobden, Georgina Fisher, Leah Kennedy and Natalie Panagarry complete the list of players who will take part in the training programme.

Coach Tracey Neville has welcomed new approach from the national side

Roses Head Coach Tracey Neville is preparing for the inaugural Quad Series against Australia, New Zealand and South Africa, to be hosted in Australia and New Zealand in August.

She said: “The facilities that are on offer for these athletes are absolutely world class and they will be provided with the optimum training environment in which to succeed.

“As a former England player myself, to see how far the sport has come and the potential of further improvement, fills me with great satisfaction and optimism.”

England Netball will continue to support Kadeen Corbin and Rachel Shaw as they continue their development in Australia and rehabilitation from injury respectively.
